Top Stories: Weeks 3–4

The league is starting to take shape after four weeks of action. A few teams have separated themselves from the pack, while others have been trying to sneak away with wins.

Analyzing what’s been a red-hot start for Davey Dolla

So far this season, only one team is undefeated through four weeks, and that team is Davey Dolla. They’ve been an absolute force recently, outscoring opponents by 30 or more points in their last two matchups. They’re currently fourth in the league in scoring with 428.06 total points, behind Hail Mary Jane (431.46), Blue Baller (450.74) and Wheelin N Steelin (528.6).

For Davey Dolla, it’s been more about consistency than flash. Every single starter on their team — besides Austin Ekeler and Alvin Kamara — is in the top 12 in fantasy points at their respective positions. You can’t ask for better production in such a volatile game like fantasy football.

They also have favorable matchups these next two weeks against two bottom three teams; Week 5 vs Washington Pevskins and Week 6 vs Danger Zone Epic. It doesn’t look like Davey Dolla are stopping anytime soon.

Show Up Keep Up Shut Up and Against the Grain eliminated from weekly survivor pool

Following a payday for the ages, Show Up Keep Up Shut Up fell from the heavens and was eliminated from the survivor pool in Week 3. Their 61.86 points were the lowest by any team across every week so far this season.

In Week 4, things were a little more competitive for our eliminee, but someone had to ‘take the cut’ so to speak. Against the Grain just barely missed their opportunity to move on, scoring 86.14 points last week. One more point would’ve done it, as Hail Mary Jane narrowly escaped the cut with 86.96 points.

Tough luck, gentlemen.
